(Pre-Show )Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal
This was pretty dull and not really noteworthy for the majority of the match. A highlight of the match was Jr burying Ziggler on commentary. Ending was very confusing, I couldn’t tell if Bray was in the match or not. It’s an odd pairing, but I'm somewhat intrigued by it. Wonder where they will go with this, especially with Jeff rumored to be returning soon. Oh well.
(Pre-Show ) Cedric Alexander vs. Mustafa Ali
Pretty fun match. The first 5 minutes was a bit flippy but it wasn’t over the top. They had a pretty good match by the end and got the crowd into the match, a staple of 205 Live matches. Not a huge fan of Cedric winning but he isn’t a bad choice and it makes sense that he won.
The Miz vs. Finn Balor vs. Seth Rollins
Good opener. Did it’s job really well, got everyone get over and helped the crowd. I thought Balor was the star of the match and had the majority of the good spots. But everyone played their parts.
Charlotte vs Asuka
Okay. The match was really, really good. And I'm not disputing the streak ending here. But Charlotte beating Asuka with the figure 8 doesn't sit right with me, because Charlotte didn't really work over Asuka's legs in the match. None that I can think of anyway. I would've liked to see Charlotte do more to her legs so it makes the Figure 8 way more effective. Only flaw I have with the match. The match was really good and Asuka targretin the arm of Charlotte was excellent and the crowd was into the match. Awesome
Randy Orton vs. Bobby Roode vs. Jinder Mahal vs. Rusev
This was nothing. So dull
Kurt Angle & Ronda Rousey vs. Stephanie McMahon & Triple H
Was in pure ecstasy watching this. So enjoyable and entertaining to watch. Hilarious match. Ronda’s strikes had me in stitches but she did fairly well, I thought. HHH/Steph were great old school heels. The crowd were crazy, I went crazy. Amazing.
The Usos (Jey Uso & Jimmy Uso) (c) vs. The Bludgeon Brothers (Harper & Rowan) vs. The New Day (Big E, Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods)
Any other night and I would've enjoyed it much more than I did. Unfortunately it came after the greatest match of all time (move along Destiny 05), and the crowd was dead and I was tired emotionally. Good stuff in the match but I didn’t care much for it.
The Undertaker vs John Cena
Goosebumps man, goosebumps!!!!!
Got to give credit to WWE here. They played this perfectly. They waited and waited, didn't rush it and the payoff was fantastic. Wow Taker squashing Cena. Great stuff. A much better match for Taker.
Daniel Bryan & Shane McMahon vs. Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn
They booked this fairly well I thought. Leaving Bryan out for the beginning, only to get the hot tag and a huge pop. They could’ve done it in a better way though. The match was great when Bryan was involved, he hasn’t missed a step at all. When Shane was in the match, it was dull and the crowd didn’t care for this at all. Shane’s selling was very engaging and I was just waiting for Bryan.
Nia Jax vs Alexa Bliss
Happy Nia got here revenge and Bliss got her comeuppance. The match was only okay though. Felt like a TV match tbh. Still not too bad.
AJ Styles vs Shinsuke Nakamura
This suffered from the crowd being tired and the card placement. It’s a shame that this match was good but it felt very underwhelming and I did expect much, much more. The match was slow and it felt like they were going much longer and it never went any further. The match had some highlights like Nakamura using the landslide and AJ’s calf crusher.
Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns
Great opening 3 minutes. Hot start. Roman's strikes looked good, even the superman punch
But then the match kinda slowed the pace by a huge amount. Not really a fan of matches going to the outside early but they quickly went back in which was better. Lesnar started spamming German suplexes which is just a chore to watch now. To Roman's credit, he bumped well for them. Lesnar looks tired way too early in the match. CM Punk Chants/Johnny Wrestling Chants/Delete Chants. Roman kicks out the 3 F-5's in a row to the surprise of no one (not their fault, the match is poor booked). I hear there was beach balls thrown. This is awful chants!!! This is way too one-sided and Lesnar isn't interesting enough to make it work. Even the blood didn't help. Lesnar no sells a spear. Brock wins though!!!!! Wrong choice. No one wants to see Lesnar stay champion but they don’t want Roman either.

The show as a whole was a great spectacle and apart from the final hour and a half, it was all entertaining and fun to watch. Poor way to end the show and unfortunately, the blame is going to be assigned to the wrong people. 7/10 WM
